Brief  introduction

NASCREW, a professional and standardized crew management company founded in July of 2000，is held and operated by NASCO，a well-known private shipping enterprise in China ，as one of the first Class crew service institutions and oversea crew manning service approved by Maritime Safety Administration of China(MSA)，is also on the name list of the initiators of Jiangsu Seafarer Service Association(JSSA)， and now is a permanent member and a vice-chairman of JSSA。
 
NASCREW has more than 1600 crew members, with captains about 100, chief engineers about 100, apart from offering crew manning service for NASCO fleet, we also have cooperation with other ship owners over the world, provide them with professional crew manning service, so far, we have successfully provided such manning service more than 70 different types of ships all over the world until May 2021.
 
In Feb of 2014, a joint venture company named AMACREW was established by NASCREW and AMAS(GERMANY), focusing on the high-quality crew manning service to the European shipowners/managers of AMAS, specializing in the area of tankers, container ships as well as bulk carriers，we have supplied full sets of Chinese crew for MAERSK Containers,VEGA containers+bulk,SITC(China) containers,STELLA tankers and bulk etc.
 
In the past twenty-one years more，NASCREW always follow up the principle of “crew oriented, owner first，pursuit of excellence, achieve win-win”, intend to establish a crew pool with professions, high professional consciousness, excellent team spirit and good service attitude, in order to meet requirements by kinds of bulk and general cargo vessels, worldwide routine and international/ national convention； For crew management, NASCREW work for the rule of “Care,Love and Patience” to care about crew members, enhance the crew training, improve crew quality to strengthen our competitiveness and cohesion, get trust by high quality service, step forward to get win-win between shipowners and crew members.
